MAD Training will provide you and your people with the skills and knowledge that are relevant to your business. They will work with you to conduct an organisational needs analysis to ensure the training is relevant to your needs. Following the training they will provide support by qualified Assessors who will observe, coach and develop the talents of your people.
Following on the job assessments your people will achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
This offer is on a strictly first come first served basis to the first 50 people and the fully funded training in either customer service or management development.
