We are seeking a marketing communications manager that holds content creation that has been involved with the initial ideas and produced copy of.

Ideally you will come from a travel back ground but we will consider other industries as long as you have had expose to technology.

As Marketing Communications manager you will be assisting the Head of Marketing Communication and Director of Marketing to implement the company strategy as outlines in the company business plan. Planning, execution, management and KPI reporting of external marketing campaigns in both leisure and corporate markets sectors together with brand perception as measured in customer and market surveys. You will be the brand champion working to position the organisation as the leading provider in its arena to the travel industry.

Knowledge and experience required for this Marketing Communications Manager role –

- University Degree (or equivalent CIM, IDM diploma) in Marketing, Communication or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing Communication (preferably B2B): including demonstrable success in Planning, Executing and Monitoring activities.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing communication plans for multiple products to multiple customer segments and commercial targets.

- Proven experience with various media (including web, direct marketing, social media, and PR).

- Experience in working for a multinational and multicultural business would be advantageous.

- Knowledge of creative software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat. etc.) an advantage

- Understanding of different media and message types including customer expected responses.

- Financial analysis and budget management skills.

- Good project /planning management skills and the ability to identify and enlist the support of key contributors.

- Ability to effectively brief specialists and external agencies on current positioning to inform creative messaging and graphic design.

- Ability to prioritise and self-manage day-to-day workload across multiple projects.

- Ability to negotiate and manage third party vendors.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing communication plans for multiple products to multiple customer segments and commercial targets.
