Summary: This customer support executive role is for a large global travel company situated in the heart of Sussex. Working within their modern spacious offices located in a town centre easily accessible - a short walk from mainline railway station and public transport. Offices offer a free staff car park.

Vacancy Details

The role is to deliver a consistent and excellent level of customer service and support to customers linked to their product within helpdesk department.

Will also provide helpdesk support to internal and external customers.

Communicating via telephone, fax, queue message and email.

Some on site customer support where required.

Experience Required

To be considered for this position it is essential you have GDS experience, Amadeus preferred but will look at cross training for the right applicant together with the ability to work under pressure and conduct excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills at all times.
