Summary:
We are currently seeking travel Team Manager for this large retail travel company.
Vacancy Details
The position is to effectively manage all aspects of sales and performance of your team.
You will be responsible for performance/personal development and motivation of travel consultants.
Travel enquiries face to face, telephone and email.
Working within a retail environment in a 7 day trading outlet. You will be working 5 day shifts.
Effectively leading, coaching and training your team, ensuring they have the ability and product knowledge to achieve and exceed their sales and service targets.
Reporting into your line managers.
Experience Required
If you think you have the skills we are seeking ...
* Minimum of 3 years working in a travel environment.
* Experienced in working in a target driven sales environment within the travel industry.
* Able to lead, motivate and build strong teams but also to work on own initiative.
* Ability to create a professional and fun working atmosphere.
* Display a good commercial awareness and understanding of the company business plans, objectives and strategy in addition with competitor awareness.
* To communicate at all levels.
