Summary:
Due to this luxury company's expansion they are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the continued quality if its portfolio of luxury hotels.
Vacancy Details
Reporting directly into the Managing Director. The role is a stand alone role so you will need to be a self starter who is motivated to work alone and use own initiative.
The role will require you to be highly organised in order to co ordinate over 200 inspectors globally as well as dealing with guest complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure the reputation of this company's brand is not adversely affected.
Experience Required
The right candidate will control the quality inspection process for all the company's hotels globally, respond to guest feedback and report to senior management to make recommendations.
This position requires excellent customer service skills with work history from a luxury/premium brand within the hotel or travel industry.
Have the ability to deal with verbal and written complaint correspondence, together with analytical and reporting analysis as the role involves administration and analysis of statistical data.
There will be an amount of travel involved sometimes at short notice.
An excellent salary is rewarded to the right applicant. The role is based in Surrey - easily commutable from London.
Working hours Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
