New, exciting worldwide travel call centre opening - we are currently looking for Reservation Travel Consultants to work in a new, friendly worldwide Travel Call Centre in Crawley, joining a team of likewise passionate reservations / travel consultants working in the long-haul, USA and Canada department.

Each day is different as a worldwide tailor made travel consultant - one day you could be arranging a thrilling safari, the next day someone's honeymoon.
This large Tour Operator within the travel industry is seeking top specialist long haul travel sales consultants / reservations to work in a new and exciting travel call centre near Gatwick, selling worldwide packages, safaris, luxury hotels throughout the world, USA and Canada directly to customers and through travel agents.
We are seeking travel consultants / reservations staff that are always ready to go that extra mile to exceed customer expectations, giving their holiday that personal touch.
Experience Required
Along with a great salary of £13,600 - £14,500 this well-known tour operator offer excellent benefits, i.e. pension scheme, 25 days holiday, discounted holiday concessions, friends and family offers and a great commission structure, enabling you to earn in the excess of £700-£1000 per month in peak times.
Free car parking is offered on site or a free courtesy bus will run to and from the office from Gatwick airport for all staff.
Educationals offered, once or twice a year to all staff to all the luxury worldwide destinations.
To be considered for this great travel opportunity, you will have a passion for travel and a strong, customer service focus. Ideally candidates applying will have personal travel experience to bring to this job.
A 4 week training is offered to successful candidates. Monday - Friday in a classroom environment. After training, hours will be on a shift rota of Monday - Friday 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 10am-5pm. (you will be required to work at least one or two weekends a month, on a rota).
