Summary: New vacancy has become available for Jewels Recruitment travel and hospitality recruitment agency in an administrative position supporting recruitment consultants.

Vacancy Details

The position is to be based in the Burgess Hill branch located opposite main line railway station and centre of town centre.

This role is a varied and diverse job, checking all CV’s and loading onto recruitment database, invoicing, advertising and marketing reports.

You will be responsible for the advertising of jobs, contacting candidates and ensuring all compliances are in place.

Hours Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm.

Experience Required

Experience of working in the travel industry would be beneficial but not essential. Good clear telephone manner with excellent administration and IT skills is required.

You will have attention to detail and be well organised. Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure whilst showing accurate grammar and numerical skills.
