Summary:
New ticketing role working for a major tour operator within the customer service and ticketing department, based in their busy modern offices near Gatwick.
Working Monday - Friday 9-5.30. Working 1 in 3 Saturdays ( if a saturday worked a day in the week off in lieu)
Vacancy Details
The position requires the highest level of customer service, through timely and accurate production and dispatch of all customer travel documentation
Ensuring that airline’s ticketing deadlines are met and all ticketing documentation is dispatched prior to the customer’s departure.
You will be working within a small call centre environment
Experience Required
To be considered for this role you will be in similar role and hold a ticketing qualification
For your ticketing and document knowledge a competitive salary and benefits package
Free parking is available or a free company bus runs from Gatwick train station to the offices.
