You will motivate and develop your team to achieve sales targets; at the same time offering the highest standards of customer service to ensure the efficient running of the travel shop, creating tailor made luxury itineraries for your customers.
As the Retail Shop Manager you will interact daily with customers to make them feel special and valued, personally dealing with any problems that arise to add a personal and professional touch.
In this competitive industry your personality and customer service skills will really need to shine through, as we are looking for people who can bring holidays alive from the brochure pages.
You will be discovering customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations when matching them to their perfect tailor made luxury holiday destination. Your in-depth training will increase your knowledge of the many destinations that the company offers their valued customers.
Experience Required
The Retail Shop Manager we are looking for will be able to demonstrate exceeding sales targets, staff training and development.
