As the Assistant Retail Shop Manager you will interact daily with customers to make them feel special and valued, personally dealing with any problems that arise to add a personal and professional touch.
Experience Required
You will assist the shop manager to motivate your team efficiently but leading by example to ensure all sales targets are met.
