This retail travel agency is seeking a motivated retail manager to manage a team of travel consultants to deliver and exceed targets in this small but busy shop.

The branch sells tailor mades, flights, hotel package holidays
Although this branch is small it is a busy shop with repeat customers - The success of the branch is due to the motivated and sales oriented travel consultants that work here who have a passion working within the travel industry. Therefor our client is looking for a self motivated and motivational manager to carry this passion through by delivering and leading by example an excellent customer service and a friendly environments for customers to walk into
Due to working in retail you will be required to work saturdays with a day off in lieu in the week
Experience Required
The manager we are seeking to fill this position, will currently be working in the travel industry in a management, supervisor or team leader position
This position is a maternity cover, but the company will endeavour to find a permenant position if a position is available and you have delivered your targets
On top of a basic salary commission and benefits are paid together with educational and fam trips worldwide
