As a Retail Shop Manager
It is important to constantly interact with customers to make them feel special and valued, personally dealing with any problems that arise to add a personal and professional touch.
Together with leading your travel staff to do the same .. leading by example in all aspects of your position, motivating your team effectively to ensure all sales targets both individual and shop targets are met. Delivering on going staff training and development
As a Retail Assistant Manager You will assist the shop manager to motivate your team efficiently and leading by example to ensure all sales targets are met.Able to demonstrate exceeding sales targets, staff training and development.
Are you currently top sales person within your branch and looking for that next step up into a management position?
Experience Required
Ability to motivate travel sales target driven staff to ensure company sales targets are met
Self Motivated and motivation skills to lead a team of sales target consultants
Exceptional customer service skills both face to face, telephone, email and fax
Delivering on going staff training and recognise additional training where required, staff development, interview skills and appraisals
Ability to liaise with all levels of custimers both internal and external
