We are seeking passionate people of the travel industry to join our team of successful team of BT recruitment consultants within the business travel department

The role is to join a dedicated team of recruitment consultants that have a wealth of travel industry knowledge and who are passionate about sales and results for our candidates and clients in the recruitment process - whether that is finding the dream job for a candidate or the right person for our client in filling their vacancy making us the right recruitment team above our competitors.

High achievement is actively encouraged and we are seeking to recruit people who have the potential and ability to be future recruitment Managers of our business. The typical day is challenging and varied, taking responsibility for both candidates and clients. Successful applicants will be primarily responsible for:

Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database.

Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search.

Managing your clients and candidates recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage.

Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management

Experience Required

Who we're looking for

The successful Recruitment Consultant will be based in London and will be able to demonstrate the following:

Essential you understand business travel

Worked within sales targeted environments with strong sales, networking and client development abilities.

Have very strong written and verbal communication skills

Be an excellent team player and relationship builder with both clients and candidates

Ability to demonstrate outstanding time-management and organisational skills
