Do you love cruise ... we are seeking a passionate travel manager that loves cruise, has extensive knowledge of cruising and can lead a team of cruise specialist travel consultants to sell cruise to customers
Vacancy Details
The role is to motivate, train and develop a team of sales targeted cruise travel specialists to exceed their individual targets together with company and departments set targets.
Experience Required
The role will require you to attend any training course to gain qualifications where required and keep abreast of new products programmes and competitors activities.
This will be your responsibility to ensure the relevant information is communicated, implemented and understood back to your team
As Cruise Manager you will be first point of contact on any complaints and your responsibility to ensure escalated complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently as per company policies.
Depending on experience salary range will be offered in the region of £25K with benefits and bonuses
